This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Endlearn paid subscriptions.

1. Subscriptions

Endlearn Pro is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual). You can cancel at any time from your profile; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and then stops renewing.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. Just contact us and we will refund you, no questions asked.

3. Renewals

Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but if you were charged by mistake or did not use the service after a renewal, contact us within 7 days and we will review your case fairly.

4. How to request a refund

Email us at [email protected] with the email used on your account. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
